The Outside Clinic has had tremendous growth and success in the last 4 years, we are now planning the next phase of our development. We have been providing the highest quality domiciliary optometric care for over 20 years to those that need this important service and we are currently recruiting in your area.

The Optical Assistant role requires the individual to deliver spectacles and to do any adjustments and aftercares where needed. There may also be some PR work involved from time to time. You will be expected to provide an exemplary service to all patients and be able to demonstrate proficiency in the elementary aspects of Optical advice. No need for numerous maps, voice guided GPS takes you right to the patients door.

The salary is competitive and is dependent on experience, there is also the chance to earn some commission selling low vision aids such as magnifiers and day light lamps. All equipment and training will be provided for you along with a company car, pension scheme, mobile phone, VRQ training and the opportunity to progress within the company.
