As a direct result of our growth and relocation to bigger Old Town offices, The Outside Clinic are looking for an Accounts Administrator to join their team. Reporting to the Accounts Manager you will be enthusiastic and eager to learn new skills and develop the role further into a more senior appointment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing support to cashiering, purchase ledger and spreadsheet applications
  • General administrative support
  • Responding to account enquiries
  • Ownership of enquiries from initial enquiry to completion
  • Providing excellent customer service

Key Skills:
  • Experience of working within an administration background
  • Use of bespoke database and Sage 50
  • Ability to identify and troubleshoot account queries
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • The ability to clearly communicate, both by telephone and in writing
  • Excellent keyboard and PC skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
