A fantastic opportunity for a Fleet Administrator has arisen within The Outside Clinic. To apply for this position you will have excellent people skills as professional communication with suppliers, directors and other team members is vital. This includes a good telephone manner and the ability to adapt to various situations and demands. Full clean driving Licence essential, team work as well as flexibility to 'get the job done'. Reporting to our Accounts Manager on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining 60 plus vehicles Nationwide

  • Checking availability of vehicles

  • Confirming orders

  • Arranging delivery/collection

  • Arranging and monitoring services and MOT's

  • Organizing all relevant documentation

  • Loading information on to the in house database

  • Liaising with suppliers and Insurance companies

  • Physically moving cars around on and off site

  • All related aspects of keeping a large fleet on the road and in good order!


Key Skills:
  • Experience of working within an administration background

  • Ability to identify and troubleshoot car problems at short notice

  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • The ability to clearly communicate, both by telephone and in writing

  • Excellent keyboard and PC skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel


Experience within a similar role within a dealership/fleet/vehicle hire background is desirable but not essential. Candidates who are enthusiastic and keen to learn with the right attitude will also be considered.
