Scheduling Assistant /Admin Assistant
Senior Response Handlers

As a direct result of our growth and relocation to bigger Old Town offices, we are looking for four long-term, dedicated and articulate individuals, who know and understand the value of excelling in customer service.

You must be able to offer empathy, understanding and interest to our client group, who are predominantly senior citizens.

All calls are inbound. We do not sell or market our service by telephone. We are here to listen to our clients and ensure they receive the optical care they deserve, on request.
