To be responsive to the optical health needs of those patients and clients who are unable to access High Street optical services.

Our aims are to...

Identify and establish eligibility to protect the NHS purse.
Arrange appointments within acceptable time frames and at the request and recommendation of Healthcare Professionals.
Achieve quality and equality in all aspects of our provision of service.

Appointing ophthalmic professionals who are experienced and skilled in their profession and empathic to this vulnerable client group.
Supporting our Healthcare Professionals with the equipment, documentation and information to carry out their job to the best of their ability.
Enabling our clients and those that care for them to have access to all relevant information.
Carrying out General Ophthalmic Services as required by the Opticians Act and Department of Health Terms of Service.
Gain feedback from all parties to evaluate and monitor the service, implementing improvements and updates when necessary.
Integrating and developing any and all Governance directives through PCT's, Community Care and Social Services as and when applicable.

Open and transparent to ensure that the public can see we are working on their behalf.
Caring of patients, carers and staff.
Focused on implementing our Vision and Mission.
Ambitious and bold in improving and developing systems and services.
Both a good listener and willing to act on client's and patient's feedback.

Flexible and versatile within the parameters of how our business is run.
