- Arrange appointments within acceptable time frames and at the request and recommendation of Healthcare Professionals.

We will do this by...
- Appointing ophthalmic professionals who are experienced and skilled in their profession and empathic to this vulnerable client group.
- Supporting our Healthcare Professionals with the equipment, documentation and information to carry out their job to the best of their ability.
- Enabling our clients and those that care for them to have access to all relevant information.
- Carrying out General Ophthalmic Services as required by the Opticians Act and Department of Health Terms of Service.
- Gain feedback from all parties to evaluate and monitor the service, implementing improvements and updates when necessary.
- Integrating and developing any and all Governance directives through PCT's, Community Care and Social Services as and when applicable.
