The Outside Clinic patients receive a free twelve-month aftercare service, including patient care and repair service. So should you require any further assistance relating to your eyes or spectacles, you need only to call The Outside Clinic's dedicated Patient Service freephone call centre, based here in the UK at our Head Office in Swindon, with advisors ready to speak to you 8am-8pm Monday to Thursday, 8am-6pm Friday and 9am-1pm Saturday.
A range of carefully selected accessories is available that has been tried and tested by The Outside Clinic and our patients, which will not only offer practical solutions to meet your day to day needs but also represents exceptional value. These accessories include:

Your optician will also record a re-test date for your next sight test. As soon as it is due we will call you to make the necessary arrangements.
