Working for any organisation can be a chore, a living or a career. Thankfully my 17 years with The Outside Clinic was the best career choice I made. Being part of a professional, responsible and caring business is a great reason to enjoy getting up in the mornings and coming to work.
Hopefully my contribution, along with everyone else's from the trainees and junior staff to the management team, has helped create a community based optometry service that is second to none and highly thought of by the entire profession.
